A Bit About Me
Ticia Swartout is a dedicated professional known for her commitment to excellence and resilience. Born and raised with strong values of honesty, integrity, and empathy, Ticia's journey is a testament to her unwavering dedication to personal and professional growth.
Ticia served in the U.S. Army from January 2010 to June 2014, where she distinguished herself with 4.5 years of service marked by numerous awards and commendations for her outstanding performance. Her military experience instilled in her a deep sense of discipline and leadership that continues to shape her career.
Following her service, Ticia pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University in August 2018. She furthered her studies at Pepperdine University, where she graduated with a Master of Science in Organization Development in August 2024. During her academic journey, she also achieved SHRM-CP certification, enhancing her expertise in human resources and organizational development.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Ticia is passionate about music and computer games, which provide her with creative outlets and a means to connect with others. These interests reflect her belief in the importance of balance and enjoyment in life.
