I record and maintain documentation on all training events, programs, and curricula using appropriate systems and technologies. I present my findings through consolidated reports, oral presentations, and memoranda, coordinating with management at all levels to plan and manage projects effectively.
I plan, coordinate, and implement training events and curricula aimed at improving employee performance across a diverse student population. To address areas where traditional approaches have been ineffective, I develop innovative training and career development methods while staying current with the latest developments in adult learning.
Furthermore, I plan, develop, schedule, and analyze training programs to ensure successful learning outcomes and provide data to support future initiatives. I collaborate with stakeholders to execute training plans and coordinate both in-person and virtual classes, offering reporting instructions, evaluation reports, and support to students throughout the process.
